OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you have purchased from us and you want to return an order for exchange, or a faulty item, we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
⦁ Item(s) must be returned within 3 business days of receiving it, together with proof of purchase.
⦁ Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. If the product sent to you is faulty or different from your order , it is our obligation to refund the original purchase price and delivery charges, or provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
⦁ If you request a refund, the purchase price will be reduced by 5% as online money transaction charges (excluding delivery charges ) will be refunded to you Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
⦁ You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any local or international delivery and tax duty costs.

9.1 Under no circumstances shall morelifeshop.org be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Sites resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
