This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the Sites (referred to as “you”, “your” or “User” hereinafter) and the morelifeshop.org entity listed in clause 2.1 below (referred to as “we”, “our” or more life royale” hereinafter).

1.Application and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 Your use of our Sites and morelifeshop.org’s services, software and products (collectively as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy , the Product Listing Policy  and any other rules and policies of the Sites that we may publish from time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of the Sites are collectively referred to below as the “Terms”.  By accessing the Sites or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms.  Please do not use the Services or the Sites if you do not accept all of the Terms.  

1.2 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with morelifeshop.org, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of Ghana or other countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.

1.3 You acknowledge and agree that morelifeshop.org may amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on the Sites.  By continuing to use the Services or the Sites, you agree that the amended Terms will apply to you.

1.4 If morelifeshop.org has posted or provided a translation of the English language version of the terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English language version will govern your uses of the Services or the Sites.

1.5 You may be required to enter into a separate agreement, whether online or offline, with morelifeshop.org or our affiliate for any Service (“Additional Agreements”).  If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and an Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only in relation to that Service concerned.   

1.6 The Terms may not otherwise be modified except in writing by an authorized officer of morelifeshop.org.    

2. Provision of Services

2.1 The company that you are contracting with on morelifeshop.org’s website is more life royale and is a registered company in Ghana.

2.2 You must register as a member on the Sites in order to access and use some Services. Further, morelifeshop.org reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) to paying Users or subject to other conditions that we may impose in our discretion. 

2.3 Services (or any features within the Services) may vary for different regions and countries. No warranty or representation is given that a particular Service or feature or function thereof or the same type and extent of the Service or features and functions thereof will be available for Users. Morelifeshop.org may in our sole discretion limit, deny or create different level of access to and use of any Services (or any features within the Services) with respect to different Users.

2.4 We may launch, change, upgrade, impose conditions to, suspend, or stop any Services (or any features within the Services) without prior notice except that in case of a fee-based Service, such changes will not substantially adversely affect the paying Users in enjoying that Service.

3. Users Generally

3.1 As a condition of your access to and use of the Sites or Services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Sites or Services.

3.2 You agree to use the Sites or Services solely for your own private and internal purposes. You agree that (a) you will not copy, reproduce, download, compile or otherwise use any Site Content for the purposes of operating a business that competes with morelifeshop.org, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Site Content. Systematic retrieval of Site Content from the Sites to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from more life royale is prohibited. Use of any content or materials on the Sites for any purpose not expressly permitted in the Terms is prohibited.

3.3 You must read our Privacy Policy which governs the protection and use of personal information about Users in the possession of morelifeshop.org.You accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to the use of the personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.4 We may allow Users to access the content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word link, banners, channels or otherwise), API or otherwise to such third parties’ web sites. You are cautioned to read such web sites’ terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using the Sites. You acknowledge that we have no control over such third parties’ web sites, does not monitor such web sites, and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such web sites, or any content, products or services made available on such web sites.

3.5 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of morelifeshop.org and/or any other User nor to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.

3.6 You agree not to undertake any action which may undermine the integrity of morelifeshop.org’s feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member IDs or through third parties or by leaving unsubstantiated negative feedback for another User.

3.7 By posting or displaying any information, content or material (“User Content”) on the Sites or providing any User Content to morelifeshop.org or our representative(s), you grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) license to morelifeshop.org to display, transmit, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works, and otherwise use any or all of the User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or not currently known in any manner and for any purpose which may be beneficial to the operation of the Sites, the provision of any Services and/or the business of the User. You confirm and warrant to morelifeshop.org that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.

 

VIP COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

Our V.I.P Membership network provides a business opportunity to our registered customers by allowing them to make extra income on purchases. Commissions earned can be used to purchase goods on morlifeshop.org or transferred to your mobile money account.

As a registered  member, you are entitled to introduce our products to others or send your referral link to others via whatsapp, facebook, instagram, email etc which will direct them to our products website to enable them register and also buy products through your link which can make you earn  commissions.

Registered members are entitled to work hard and qualify to become VIP members in order to get  monthly commissions on  personal purchases and purchases  made by their referrals up to the second generation. Those you sponsor  directly are your first generation. If they also sponsor new members, the new members becomes your second generation.

Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that (a) you have full power and authority to accept the Terms, to  Register people under you (b) you use the Site and Services for business purposes only; and (c) the address you provide when registering will be where your goods will be delivered to whenever you make a purchase on morelifeshop.org. 

 

 COMMISSION DETAILS

1. Commission Structure

VIP Members earn:

5% commission on personal purchases.

5% commission on first-level sales (direct refferals)

1% commission on second-level (Indirect) referrals)

Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with notice.

 

2. Qualification Requirement

Only members who have reach personal cumulative sales of 3,000gh and above qualify to receive commissions. Qualified members will be recognized as a VIP member. VIP members can withdraw their Commissions  monthly into their mobile money account. Members can also  login to their dashboard to check their commission and  team members. members can refere or register as many people as possible directly. VIP members must make monthly purchase of at least 100 Ghana cedis in order to keep the account active and  continue to recieve monthly commisions.

 

3. 3. Commission Holding Period

All commissions are held for 30 days to allow for Product returns, Refunds and Payment reversals

 

4. Withdrawal Threshold

Minimum withdrawal amount is GHS 100.00. Commissions below GHS 100.00 cannot be withdrawn until it rises above GHS 100.00. also, the commision account cannot be emptied. At least there must always be GH 20.00 balance left  when withdrawing.

 

5. Fraud & Abuse

More Life Company may suspend or terminate accounts involved in Fake orders, Self-referral manipulation, Commission abuse or Price manipulation.Company reserves right to update the affiliate program to protect sustainability.

 

      Members Responsibilities 

1. User must be registered on the Sites to access or use some Services (a registered User is also referred to as a “Member” ). Except with our approval, one User may only register one member account on the Site. We may cancel or terminate a User’s member account if we have a reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more member accounts. Further, morelifeshop.org may reject a User’s application for registration for any reason.

 

2. Upon registration on the Site, morelifeshop.org shall assign an account and issue a member ID, user name and password to each registered User.

 

3. A set of Member ID, user name and password is unique to a single account. Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Member ID , user name and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of your Member account, ID or password by another person outside of the Member’s own business entity. Member agrees to notify morelifeshop.org immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.

 

4. Member agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account or sending SMS) will be deemed to have been authorized by the Member.

 

5. Member acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, “multiple use”), may cause irreparable harm to morelifeshop.org or other Users of the Site. Member shall indemnify morelifeshop.org, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple use of your account. Member also agrees that in case of the multiple use of your account or Member’s failure to maintain the security of your account, morelifeshop shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s account without liability to Member

 

 

DELIVERY TERMS AND COSTS

• Free  Delivery: We offer free delivery from our office in Ghana to all locations within Accra. All orders will be processed and dispatched from our Ghana warehouse to their various destinations  within 1 to 7 business days. All orders going outside Accra will be dispatched free of charge from our Ghana office to all transit points within Accra. But You will bear the  transportation cost of your goods from the transit point to it’s final destination.

 

• Express delivery:Express orders & orders going outside of Ghana comes with a fee depending on your location. You can call Our customer care lines for details. Express orders placed before 2pm will leave our warehouse to their various destinations  on the same day. Express orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
• All orders sent  requires delivery confirmation, feedback and reviews.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

• If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email or phone call and refund you for those items.

 

• Customs and import charges for international orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If something isn’t right on your chosen product, we are happy to accept a return or change it for you.

                 OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you have purchased from us and you want to return an order for exchange,  or faulty item , we can exchange those products  subject to the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned within 3 business days of receiving it, together with proof of purchase.

 

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. If the product sent to you is faulty or  different from your order , it is our obligation to refund the original purchase price and delivery charges, or provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

 

• If you request a refund, the purchase price will be reduced by 5% as online money transaction charges (excluding delivery charges ) will be refunded to you Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

 

• You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any local or international delivery and tax duty costs.

Force Majeure

9.1 Under no circumstances shall morelifeshop.org be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Sites resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
